Rahim Yar Khan industrial estate has been developed over 456 acres and is located on National Highway N-5 at about 15km from Rahim Yar Khan and Sadiqabad. The estate has been notified as Special Economic Zone by the Government of Pakistan. The considered location of Rahim Yar Khan Industrial Estate, along national highways, ensures efficient connectivity and easy access to markets. With its significant contribution to employment and economic growth, it stands as a key pillar of the local industrial sector. The development works were completed in 2020 and as of today 9 industrial units over 66 acres are in production and 9 units over 29 acres are nearing completion. At present, gas is not available in the estate. There are 201 plots of sizes ranging from 0.5 acres to 2.0 acres in Rahim Yar Khan Industrial Estate.
