Provincial Minister for Industries and Commerce Mian Aslam Iqbal held an open court at Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate Kot Lakhpat today and listened to the problems of industrialists. He expressed displeasure over the permission of educational institutions in the estate and questioned the Quaid-e-Azam Industrial State Board management that How educational institutions were setup on industrial plots in the industrial area. The provincial minister directed to investigate the matter and determine those responsible. He also directed to improve the sanitation system in the estate and to make ensure dengue spray. He said that benches should be installed in the park for the convenience of the workers. The Minister directed CEO PIEDMC to meet all the complainants on Monday and Tuesday and solve their problems. It is the responsibility of PIEDMC and QIE Board to provide facilities to the industrialists. The problems of the industrialists must be resolved within the stipulated time, he concluded. President Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate Arif Qasim, Tariq Siraj Jaffery and other board members were also present in the open court. The industrialists thanked the provincial minister for holding an open court in Kot Lakhpat Industrial Area.
